The significant technological simplification compared to a traditional system, the elimination of ancillary facilities for solvent recovery and thermal energy production and the reduction of energy consumption lead to a slimmer investment and lower operating costs. In conclusion, this translates into a relevant economic advantage and, consequently, to a greater efficiency and competitiveness of the product. NTT covers an area of approximately 4.000sqm, of which 2000 covered.

Possible application sectors:

NTT Technology may use any kind of support, any fabric, new textiles (nets, metal nets, polyester, glass, carbon, polyamide and aramid fibres…), coated with solvent-free polyurethane resin specific formulations, creating a series of extremely hi-tech products.

NTT solvent-free technology is perfect for special fibre-based fabrics (carbon fibre, for example), mixing great aesthetical (like under-glass effect) and resistance properties.

NTT coating process reconstructs leather grains, adding extraordinary abrasion resistance properties.

INDUSTRIAL SECTOR – METAL CONTINUOUS FINISHING

It’s possible to realize continuous coating on steel or aluminium belts for coated elements, taking advantage of two-component resin resistance to atmospheric agents.

Possible applications can be: covers, truck tarpaulins for bitumen transport, ensuring resistance to solvents and high temperatures (contact with fluids and solids over 180°C).
