Only NTT technology tackles atmospheric emission issue at its roots thanks to the complete elimination of solvents from raw materials and production process. Consequently, direct or indirect atmospheric emissions in the environment and workplace cannot occur.
For the same reason, final products are completely solvent-free.
(The NTT process must not be confused with other already known technologies, such as the ones commonly referred to as “high-solid”, where a significant percentage of solvent is still present or “one hundred per cent” technology with blocked isocyanate, or with “dissolved in water” products).
Raw materials used in the NTT process are two-component polyurethane resins that do not contain solvents or other volatile substances.
The raw materials are easily available from a non-binding large panel of suppliers.
